High Country Mediation LLC (“HCM”)'s website does cache website information on your browser for faster access user for your convenience.  HCM does not have access to cached website information and does not collect personal information on this website. HCM does have access to and collects personal information that you voluntarily provide to HCM via email or other direct contact.  HCM will not sell or rent this information to anyone. If you send HCM an email with questions, comments, or case information, HCM may use your personally identifiable information and save your information for future reference.  HCM will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted HCM.  HCM will not share your information with any third party outside of HCM other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to initiate or participate in a case, or as authorized or directed by you.   You may opt out of future contacts from HCM at any time unless you are involved in a case. If a case has been initiated either by you or another party the applicable case rules, law and privacy expectations will apply.

All communications with you will be separate and apart from this website and will be via direct email, phone, or written document provided in person, mail, or hand delivery. HCM will not communicate directly with you via this website and does not track or acquire information from your use of this website.  On-line payment processing is provided by third-party vendor through GoDaddy.com. HCM does not have access to and does not collect or retain credit card, bank account, or other information associated with electronic/online payment.
